PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF TREATMENT

PHOTOGRAPHS AND IMAGES

The rights on the photographs included in the site are of their respective owners; the photographs published on our site can not be republished, reprocessed, marketed, distributed by users and third parties in general, in any way and in any form, unless explicitly approved by the company Fun’N Action srl, which may be requested by writing to segreteria@funinaction.com.

PROTECTION OF MINORS

The company Fun’N Action srl has decided not to publish on www.funinaction.com photos of athletes in child age except in a group context, and in any case without reporting personal data of the minor portrait (name and surname).
Each photo of a child published on the www.funinaction.com website is however subject to the approval of the child’s parents, unless the nature of group picture, the absence of personal references and the small size of the image make it superfluous this authorization.
Since by its nature the Internet does not allow navigation of a site without relationships with other sites, although www.funinaction.com is a site aimed at younger users, we must always observe some basic rules to avoid unpleasant adventures, namely:
